Terroir:

The vineyard is planted on four different types of soil, each contributing to the diversity and quality of the wines produced:

• Thin limestone soil on the plateau
• Clay-limestone soil on the hillside
• Clay soil little limestone at the bottom of the slope
• Sandy-silty-clayey soil

Characteristics of the Vineyard:

• Grape varieties: The estate cultivates grape varieties specifically adapted to the terroir, notably Sémillon, Sauvignon, Chenin, Muscadelle, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.
• Age Average Vines: 26 years, with a balanced distribution in terms of age.
• Average Planting Density: 4,098 vines per hectare, with a minimum of 2,193 vines per hectare and a maximum of 5,000 vines per hectare.
• Organic Agriculture Certification: The vineyard has been certified in Organic Agriculture since 2012, and even offers a range of wines without sulphites since 2016.
• Harvest: An average of 35 hectoliters per hectare over the last three years.
